Rosenberg TX Approves 1.1K-Home Development

Rosenberg city leaders recently approved a development agreement for ~370 acres, creating a path for up to 1.1K single-family homes in Rosenberg.
Homes are expected to start near $399K, with typical offerings described as low-$400K to >$500K for the planned upscale community in Rosenberg.
Under the agreement, ~290 acres stay in Rosenberg's extraterritorial jurisdiction, while ~79 acres remain partly inside city limits for detention, water-plant, park, recreation uses.
