Pending single-family home sales in Greater Houston reached their highest since May 2022, despite a 3.2% decline in actual sales to 8,631 homes. Median home prices rose 0.4% to $340,000. Total property sales fell 3.1% to 10,088, with active listings up 0.7% to 57,592. Luxury home sales increased over 10%, while townhome and condo sales decreased but prices rose. Mortgage rates dropped to 6.44%, improving affordability.
